Gabe & Athelas have partnered with NYCPA to provide our patients with remote health devices (ie. blood pressure & weight). This program allows our patients to take an active role in their care to help ensure that they do not experience any unforeseen health issues.
In a virtual and technological world, Gabe allows us to provide preventative care for our patients from their homes and continue with telehealth. Through the vitals he gathers we are able to provide more of an individualized care to treat both the mental and physical health of each patient.
